Restoring New Orleans Work Day

Persons
attending the General Assembly may volunteer to participate in a Restoring New Orleans Work Day building and cleanup project on Monday, November 8, 2010.

Individuals may volunteer as they register for the Centennial Gathering - it is listed as a 'special event' on the form. A $30 registration fee covers food and transportation costs.

We will be working with Project Homecoming, which is a rebuilding effort of The Presbytery of South Louisiana in partnership with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance. They are committed to rebuilding homes devastated by Hurricane Katrina that belong to families who are low-income, uninsured, underinsured, disabled, and elderly.
