DEADLINES: Early Registration for 50th Anniversary Celebration Events: Mailed registrations must be postmarked prior to October 1, 1999.  All early registrations must be received by October 8, 1999.  After that and on site in Cleveland, the higher fees apply.

CONFIRMATION NOTICE: Upon receipt of your paid 50th Anniversary Celebration registration, we will send you a confirmation notice.  If, within 30 days of the event, you have not received this information, please call 1-800-328-NCCC (code 1999).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund requests must be received in writing by mail or fax (212-870-3454).  A $15 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of reason.  Written cancellations received by September 15, 1999, entitle registrant to a full refund, less the $15 processing fee.  After October 8, 1999, refunds are not available.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: All hotel reservations must be made directly with the 50th Anniversary Celebration Housing Bureau.  A block of rooms is reserved at selected downtown Cleveland hotels.  Click here for on-line housing information and reservations!
