What Is PCEM?
PCEM
is one of fifteen program ministry committees of the Education and Leadership Ministries
Commission (ELMC) of the National Council of Churches (NCC).
PCEM helps
member denominations inspire their congregations to commit themselves to
being partners in God's Mission.
How does PCEM work?
PCEM meets twice a year to identify focus topics,
share resources, strengthen interdenominational networks, and makes plans
for ongoing collaborations.
Resource persons who have expertise in a focus topic
or in resource development and presentation are invited to these meetings.
Resources (print, video, web) are either produced for the committee or
identified, and information about them is made available via the PCEM
website.
.
Staff
Oversight for the work of PCEM is given
by staff of the Education and Leadership Ministries Commission.
