Mia Adjali shared with the committee the document, "Enemy" States and the Ministry of the Churches: A Time for Re-evaluation, (see Attachment F), to begin to explore the relationship between church and state with regard to the free exercise of religion. Victor Hsu, elmira Nazombe and David Weaver shared with the committee, how the situation impacts each of their areas of work.

TO ADOPT THE Proposal for Action: to initiate a dialogue to analyze this issue, establish a study group to create a document to be presented at the next CWSW Unit Committee and subsequently to the NCCCUSA Executive Board or General Assembly.
